Owner / Insurance Agent

Steve Davenport is the Owner and Insurance Agent at Affinity Insurance Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He specializes in personal and commercial lines, including life and health insurance, helping clients find the right coverage without the hassle.

After starting his career as a captive agent with Allstate, Steve transitioned to the independent model to give his clients more options and better solutions. His approach combines modern technology with a personal, relationship-focused experience making insurance simple, efficient, and tailored to each client’s needs.

Steve is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Dixie State University. He is passionate about saving clients both time and money by doing the shopping for them.

A lifelong resident of Kaysville, Utah, Steve values strong community connections. He is happily married and is a proud “girl dad” to three amazing daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering them on in soccer, golf, and cheer. When he gets the chance, you’ll find him golfing, fly fishing, or enjoying the outdoors.

With over two decades in the insurance industry, Ryan began his career with Allstate in 1999 before becoming an independent agent in 2016. That transition allowed him to shop multiple carriers and find the best coverage at the best value for his clients. Born and raised in Layton, Utah, Ryan prides himself on being available, responsive, and committed to protecting what matters most to the people he serves.

As a proud father of two daughters, family is at the center of everything he does. It’s what drives his commitment to helping other families feel confident, secure, and properly protected.

Dana Craig has deep roots in the communities she grew up locally and still calls this area home. She is known for creating genuine relationships and helping those around her.

Dana began her career managing one of Utah’s largest collision repair facilities for nearly 30 years, where she saw firsthand how often people lacked clear understanding and information about their insurance. That experience inspired her transition into the insurance industry, with a focus on making coverage simple, clear, and easy to understand.

She is married to her best friend and is a proud mom of three sons, with two amazing daughters-in-law. Life with her family is full of laughter, road trips, outdoor adventures, and good food. She loves camping, hiking, sunshine, and has a well-known weakness for candy and anything sweet!

Dana's secret? She genuinely cares- and around here, that makes all the difference.

As a Kaysville native and Weber State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Sales, I’m proud to serve the community I grew up in as a licensed property and casualty insurance agent. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families protect their homes and vehicles while identifying opportunities to save them money at the same time.

Building relationships and truly understanding each client’s needs is what drives me. When I’m not working, you’ll find me painting banners, planning events, or spending time with my three sisters. I’ve been married for two years to a sports enthusiast, so you can usually catch me cheering on the Utes and the Chicago Cubs—or watching him play golf whenever we get the chance!

Kenzie Josephson is a Licensed Insurance Agent at Affinity Insurance Group with nearly 20 years of experience in management and customer service. She enjoys helping clients find the best coverage at the right price by comparing options across multiple insurance carriers, so they don’t have to do the shopping themselves.

Known for her friendly, easygoing approach, she loves connecting with people, answering questions, and making the insurance process feel simple and stress-free. She has a knack for solving problems and helping clients feel confident in their coverage.

Originally from Las Vegas, she also spent many years living in the Pacific Northwest and California before settling into her current community. She now spends her time outside of work with her boyfriend and energetic toddler. When she gets a little free time, she enjoys playing video games and getting outdoors whenever she can.

Tiffany Rognon is a Customer Service Representative dedicated to increasing customer satisfaction and streamlining communication. She strives to provide consistent, high-quality service to customers in answering questions and problem-solving client’s needs.

Tiffany is married and has two teenage daughters. She enjoys supporting them in all their activities which keeps her busy outside of work hours. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to the gym, and traveling.

Licensed Customer Service Representative

With approximately four years of experience in the insurance industry, Montana specializes in both personal and commercial insurance quotes. She enjoys that no two situations are ever the same and loves the challenge of helping clients find the right coverage to fit their needs.

Montana attended Utah State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology, a background that has helped shape the way she connects with people and approaches her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, reading, spending time with family, and taking walks with Primrose.

She lives in Bountiful with her partner, Mark, and their poodle, Primrose, who is, without a doubt, one of the most spoiled dogs you’ll ever meet. Montana also runs a small business making homemade dog treats, which keeps her busy in the best way.
